Hi, I'm Achinoam ruchama Brooks—fitness enthusiast, food lover, and proud mother of two. Originally from Israel, I’ve relocated to Ghana to experience a new chapter of life and share my passion for fitness and food with a vibrant community. At 29, I’m living life to the fullest while balancing motherhood, personal health, and my love for great food.
Fitness has always been a part of my life, from my track days where I proudly took second place in the middle school track championship, to my ongoing journey of staying strong and healthy for myself and my family. Whether I’m hitting the gym, going for a run, or simply enjoying active playtime with my boys, fitness is a constant source of joy and empowerment.
When I’m not breaking a sweat, you’ll find me in the kitchen. Cooking is my second love, and there's nothing better than preparing healthy, delicious meals for my boys. I believe in the power of good food to fuel our bodies, nourish our minds, and bring people together.
